Flag poles are good quality and went together easily. The free-floating ring on the top doesn't spin as easy as it needs to in order to keep the flag from wrapping around the flagpole. The bottom one works better. This may be due to the weight of the flag is more on the top ring. Maybe some silicon lubrication spray may help.
